Weekend Shift Supervisor (99196)
Bonney Staffing - Saco, ME
The Weekend Shift Supervisor position in Saco is responsible for visual quality and quantity assurance of products, inventory, and labeling of such goods. This is a full time, first shift position. You will provide all functions necessary to achieve total finished goods inventory control under the direction of the Purchasing, Scheduling, and Materials group – using both Lean Manufacturing and ISO9001 processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience in training and leading co-workers in all manufacturing departments
- Knowledge of various computers and programs necessary for labeling, stock movement, and receiving products.
- Ability to identify problems with inventory, their cause, record keeping, transactions, and make corrections when necessary
- Ability to operate forklift, pallet jacks, high lift, hand truck, inventory ladders, and other tools required helping facilitate movement of products
- Participate in new hire training relating to manufacturing, ISO9001 and Lean Manufacturing
- Computer literate
- Ability to follow detailed operating directions
- Full hand and finger dexterity
- Attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Self-motivated
- Good math skills
- Majority of tasks is done standing – with bending, climbing and working overhead
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Works with minimal or no supervision
Hours:
- Full time
- Saturday and Sunday 4am-4pm, and two regular shifts during the week, any day/shift
