Bonney Staffing - Augusta, Maine


The Recruiter position in Augusta is responsible for identifying medical staff and administrative staff to fill multiple openings for a fast-paced growing company. This position offers first shift, full time hours.  The recruiter will be supporting the HR department. Daily tasks include composing job ads, updating job boards, recruiting on social platforms, sourcing and interviewing talent, onboarding new hires, along with other administrative tasks. If you are a recruiter  who is highly motivated and enjoys creating and following processes, this is the job for you!

Qualifications:

-High School Graduate.
-1-2 years of recruiting experience.
-Type at least 40 WPM. 
-Ability to creatively source and recruit new talent.
-Positive and self driven attitude.
-Experience with high volume recruiting preferred.
-Ability work in a fast-paced environment.


Hours:

-Full time
-Monday-Friday
-Overtime occasionally available

-Starting pay of $22.22/hr.
