Call Center Representative (98686)
Bonney Staffing – South Portland, ME
The Call Center Representative position in South Portland is responsible for taking calls from patients using State funded health insurance who need transportation to and from doctor’s appointments, gathering necessary information and asking the right questions so that a ride may be scheduled. This is a full time, day shift position.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Medical Terminology a plus, but not required
- Type 30-40 WPM
- Computer proficiency
- Professional phone presence
- Punctual and reliable
Hours:
- Full time
- Day shift, 8:00am-5:00pm
- M-F
Benefits:
- Starting pay of $13.50 hourly, commensurate with experience
