Customer Service Representative (98494)

The Customer Service Representative in Augusta is responsible for taking incoming calls of a medical nature, and answering questions regarding insurance coverage and/or eligibility for members. Additional duties include data entry and proper documentation of calls in a company specific software system. Some outbound follow up calls may be required as needed.
Qualifications:
-Call center experience preferred.
-Computer skills - should be comfortable with MS Office & learning new software systems.
-Ability to work independently and with a team.
-Top notch customer service skills.
-Ability to change gears quickly & multitask in a fast paced work environment.
-Detail oriented & accurate.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Hours:
-Full time, Monday - Friday, 9:30a - 6p (training will be 8:30a - 5p for 2-3 weeks).
