Job Summary:

The Imaging Services Associate position in Scarborough is calling for the right candidate to implement all processes related to document processing, security and company data protection. You’ll be in charge of verifying associate documents to ensure accuracy and completion, as well as other secretarial-related tasks in accordance with maintaining document confidentiality. The Imaging Services Associate will also assist with writing procedures for all department processes using Microsoft Word and the standard procedure format.This is a full-time, first-shift position.

Hours: Within 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM with potential for overtime and also a 9:00am - 3:00pm M-F schedule available as well!

What We Need From You:

• Highschool or GED equivalent
• One year work experience in an office environment.
• Strong PC skills including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Windows, Outlook and Word).
• Proficient Data entry and 10-key skills.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Ability to complete HIPAA certification training and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines in performance of all duties.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to communicate effectively using tact, patience and courtesy
• Ability to learn and operate technical devices (scanners, bar-coders, microfiche reader, micro-scanner, PC, etc)
