Charge Entry Technician (96973)

Bonney Staffing – Bangor, ME

Job Summary:

The Charge Entry Technician in Bangor is responsible for processing assigned charges ensuring accuracy. This is a temporary full time, 1st shift position. You will import charges into the billing system and ensure all charges are signed and completed. You will research missing charges and follow up on missing tickets to be tracked down. You’ll be responsible for manually entering charges into the billing system. If you have experience in medical billing and coding this may be the job for you!

What We Need From You:

  • 1 year experience in medical office billing preferred

  • Knowledge of medical terminology

  • Knowledge of insurances, CPT, HCPCS, and ICD Coding

  • Effective communication skills

  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
