Job Summary:

The Teller position in Saco, ME is responsible for assisting members in completing routine account transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, checking cashing, inquiries) in a fast and efficient manner. This is a full time, first shift, temp to hire position. This position does require you to work a rotating Saturday Schedule. You will provide exemplary customer service to existing and prospective customers. You will assist Members to resolve concerns and/or problems; escalate issues that are not within their job description. You’ll help process member financial transactions which include but not limited to deposits, withdrawals and loan payments, maintaining proper security and following Credit Union policies and procedures. Cross-selling the credit union products and services supporting member needs and branch sales objectives. What We Need From You:

• High School Graduate
• Type at least 40 WPM
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient communication skills i.e. verbal & written
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products
• Must have ability to use computer, CDM, scanners, printers and associated hardware
• Must have ability to us Copier, fax and other standard office equipment, telephone, teller mate and drive up canisters
• Able to work in a fast paced office environment
