Job Summary:

The Medical Service Representative position in South Portland, is responsible for assisting patients via telephone, and triaging calls in an effort to gather detailed information. Calls will then be directed to a nurse for further evaluation. Ability to articulate and convey information, as well as attentive listening skills required. This is a full time, flexible first shift position. You will provide compassionate customer service to everyone that you speak with. If you have an interest in medical customer that will allow you to help everyone that you talk with, this may be the job for you!

What We Need From You:

  • No experience needed
  • High School Graduate
  • Type at least 35 WPM
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills necessary
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
