Customer Service Representatives - Rockland
Monday-Friday
Candidates need to be available 8am-8pm
We need 15+ great people to join a local financial services company in their inbound call center for a 12/10/18 start date!
This position is strictly phone based.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responding to caller inquiries with an expected high level of accuracy, while providing an excellent quality customer service experience. This position is an excellent entry level opportunity that will have you professionally interacting with shareholders, brokers and dealers in our inbound call center.
Job is as follows:
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers by answering questions, resolving issues and assisting with financial transactions. This group will be taking calls for the 529 product line.
• Process routine service requests for purchases, redemptions, transfers, new account set-ups and other maintenance items requested by the customer.
• Research complex issues for customers in order to support their requests, making outbound calls to provide customers with updates or to gain additional information.
• Perform special project assignments from time to time, such as research work, obtaining special authorizations, outbound calls and data entry.
• Cross train in different areas to expand knowledge base and develop new skills.
