Job Summary:
The Production position in Topsham is responsible for creating, assembling and packaging all orders in an efficient and timely manner. This position will provide cross traning in Shipping, Receiving, Production, and Kitchen. The schedule is 8:30-4:30pm Monday-Friday with potential for over-time during peak season. You will be assisting in making boxes, packaging, shipping and assisting with production line manufacturing along with the rest of the staff, along with rotating dishes. This is a very fast paced work environment and is team oriented. Everyone stays until everything is done. This is, also, a great opportunity to become part of a growing business. There are financial incentives for those who perform well. (Caution: this position may require coming in direct contact with SEAFOOD)
