Office Assistant in Lewiston/Auburn

A local packaging company is hiring an organized Office Assistant in the Lewiston Auburn area. The company is responsible for quality packaging, package-sealing products, equipment and design —providing these services for over fifty years. It is a company that holds traditional values while simultaneously embracing creativity in design and implementation to meet the needs of a diverse array of customer needs – making it a great company to work for!

The Office Assistant role requires a great deal of data entry, and is responsible for keeping track of a great deal of information, including payments, sales, deposits, invoices, and receiving. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task (answering phones, addressing customers, vendors, opening mail, all while entering information into various computer programs), and of course will need to be technologically savvy. A great fit will be a personality that thinks outside the box, but is simultaneously reliable and responsible.

This is a full time, first shift position. It is temp-to-hire, and become a great long-term opportunity for the right individual. Hours are flexible between 7am to 5pm. The environment is on the smaller side, and as a bonus is frequented by feline visitors.
